My Tasks > Referrals

In the referrals screen you can identify Referrals that are New, Open, Closed, Follow-Ups, or Ineligible.

1. You can click the 'New' link on the left navigation bar. A table with New Referrals will be displayed.
   1. The Table will show Ref #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Referral Date, Status columns
   2. You can filter the table by entering the last name of the patient in the Filter by Last Name field and clicking the Go button.
   3. You can remove the filter entry by clicking the Clear button.
   4. You can sort the New Referrals by clicking the columns headings to change the order in which the referrals are displayed.
   5. You can click the Select button to go to the New Referrals edit screen to Update, Edit and Save New Referrals information.
   6. You can click the numbers links at the bottom of the table to navigate through the available pages that contain New Referrals.
2. You can click the 'Open' link on the left navigation bar. A table with Open Referrals will be displayed.
   1. The Table will show Ref #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Referral Date, Status columns.
   2. You can filter the table by entering the last name of the patient in the Filter by Last Name field and clicking the Go button.
   3. You can remove the filter entry by clicking the Clear button.
   4. You can sort the Open Referrals by clicking the columns headings to change the order in which the referrals are displayed.
   5. You can click the Select button to go to the Referrals Open edit screen to Update, Edit and Save Open Referrals information.
   6. You can click the numbers links at the bottom of the table to navigate through the available pages that contain Open Referrals.
3. You can click the 'Closed' link on the left navigation bar. A table with Closed Referrals will be displayed.
   1. The Table will show Ref #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Referral Date, Status columns
   2. You can filter the table by entering the last name of the patient in the Filter by Last Name field and clicking the Go button.
   3. You can remove the filter entry by clicking the Clear button.
   4. You can sort the Closed Referrals by clicking the columns headings to change the order in which the Closed Referrals are displayed.
   5. You can click the Select button to go to the Referrals Closed edit screen to be able to Update, Edit and Save Closed Referrals information
   6. You can click the numbers links at the bottom of the table to navigate through the available pages that contain Closed Referrals.
   7. You can click the 'Follow Ups' link on the left navigation bar. A table with Follow Ups will be displayed.
   8. The Table will show Referral #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Reason, Due Date, Remind me On columns.
   9. You can filter the table by entering the last name of the patient in the Filter by Last Name field and clicking the Go button.
   10. You can remove the filter entry by clicking the Clear button.
   11. You can sort the Follow Ups Referrals by clicking the columns headings to change the order in which the Follow Ups Referrals are displayed.
   12. You can click the Select button to go to the Follow Ups Referrals edit screen to Update, Edit and Save Follow Ups Referrals reminders information.
   13. You can click the numbers links at the bottom of the table to navigate through the available pages that contain Follow Up Referrals.
4. You can click the 'Ineligible' link on the left navigation bar. A table with Ineligible Referrals will be displayed.
   1. The Table will show Ref #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Referral Date, Status columns.
   2. You can filter the table by entering the last name of the patient in the Filter by Last Name field and clicking the Go button.
   3. You can remove the filter entry by clicking the Clear button.
   4. You can sort the Ineligible Referrals by clicking the columns headings to change the order in which the referrals are displayed.
   5. You can click the Select button to go to the Referrals Ineligible edit screen to Update, Edit and Save Ineligible Referrals information.
   6. You can click the numbers links at the bottom of the table to navigate through the available pages that contain Ineligible Referrals.
