My Tasks > Referrals
In the referrals screen you can identify Referrals that are New, Open, Closed, Follow-Ups, or Ineligible.
- You can click the 'New' link on the left navigation bar. A table with New Referrals will be displayed.
- The Table will show Ref #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Referral Date, Status columns
- You can filter the table by entering the last name of the patient in the Filter by Last Name field and clicking the Go button.
- You can remove the filter entry by clicking the Clear button.
- You can sort the New Referrals by clicking the columns headings to change the order in which the referrals are displayed.
- You can click the Select button to go to the New Referrals edit screen to Update, Edit and Save New Referrals information.
- You can click the numbers links at the bottom of the table to navigate through the available pages that contain New Referrals.
- You can click the 'Open' link on the left navigation bar. A table with Open Referrals will be displayed.
- The Table will show Ref #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Referral Date, Status columns.

- You can click the 'Follow Ups' link on the left navigation bar. A table with Follow Ups will be displayed.
- The Table will show Referral #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Reason, Due Date, Remind me On columns.
- You can filter the table by entering the last name of the patient in the Filter by Last Name field and clicking the Go button.
- You can remove the filter entry by clicking the Clear button.
- You can sort the Follow Ups Referrals by clicking the columns headings to change the order in which the Follow Ups Referrals are displayed.
- You can click the Select button to go to the Follow Ups Referrals edit screen to Update, Edit and Save Follow Ups Referrals reminders information.
- You can click the numbers links at the bottom of the table to navigate through the available pages that contain Follow Up Referrals.
- You can click the 'Ineligible' link on the left navigation bar. A table with Ineligible Referrals will be displayed.
- The Table will show Ref #, Patient Name, Site #, Facility, Referral Date, Status columns.
- You can filter the table by entering the last name of the patient in the Filter by Last Name field and clicking the Go button.
- You can remove the filter entry by clicking the Clear button.
- You can sort the Ineligible Referrals by clicking the columns headings to change the order in which the referrals are displayed.
- You can click the Select button to go to the Referrals Ineligible edit screen to Update, Edit and Save Ineligible Referrals information.
- You can click the numbers links at the bottom of the table to navigate through the available pages that contain Ineligible Referrals.
